Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients. As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintain the highest standards, and inspire our team to deliver exceptional dishes. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing a dynamic, seasonal menu. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation and presentation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain fresh, high-quality ingredients. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary innovations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fine dining setting. Culinary degree or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Passion for excellence and a commitment to quality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
